International power and marine consultancy ABL has secured a brand new contract from India’s Oil and Pure Gasoline Company Restricted (ONGC), via United India Insurance coverage (UIIC), to supervise rig transferring operations throughout Indian waters between September 2025 and Might 2026.

Beneath the settlement, ABL will function marine guarantee surveyor (MWS) for an estimated 25 ONGC rig strikes and act as tow grasp/MWS for a further 70 third-party jack-up operations inside ONGC’s offshore fields on the nation’s west coast.
