(WO) – InterMoor, the moorings and anchors enterprise line of Acteon, has secured a three-year contract with Petrobras to boost asset integrity throughout the Brazilian operator’s intensive stock of mooring tools. The award follows a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signed between the businesses throughout the Offshore Know-how Convention (OTC) in Houston earlier this yr.

Starting in December 2025, InterMoor will ship high quality assurance, inspection and digital traceability providers for vital elements—together with anchors, chain, wire and related equipment—supporting Petrobras’ offshore operations throughout a number of basins.

The scope contains set up of RFID tags, dimensional and visible inspection, part triage and the deployment of superior 3D scanning and photogrammetry applied sciences to enhance tools historical past, lifecycle administration and decision-making.

Work will likely be carried out at Petrobras services in Rio de Janeiro and Macaé, with potential growth to further websites nationwide.
