The BEA reported that mild car gross sales have been at 15.6 million in November on a seasonally adjusted annual foundation (SAAR). This was up 2.0% from the gross sales charge in October, and down 5.6% from November 2024.

Automobile gross sales have been over 17 million SAAR in March and April as customers rushed to “beat the tariffs”.
Then gross sales have been depressed in Could and June.
The second graph reveals mild car gross sales for the reason that BEA began retaining information in 1967.
Gross sales in November have been barely above the consensus forecast of 15.4 million SAAR.
