Halliburton names new EVP, COO, advancing international operations technique

Halliburton has promoted Shannon Slocum to govt vice chairman and chief working officer, efficient Jan. 1, 2026, marking a big management shift as the corporate sharpens its concentrate on operational execution and long-term technique.
