Shell brings first fuel from Victory Discipline in UK North Sea, partnering with NSMP on supply

North Sea Midstream Companions (NSMP) has efficiently acquired first fuel from Shell’s Victory area within the UK North Sea. 

The beginning-up of the Victory area marks the primary new fuel from the West of Shetland since 2017 and the primary new fuel area into the St Fergus Fuel Terminal because the Martin Linge area in 2021. 

Fuel from the Victory area shall be transported by way of NSMP’s 234km Shetland Islands Regional Fuel Export (SIRGE) pipeline into the Frigg UK Affiliation (FUKA) pipeline. 

As one of many UK’s most important subsea infrastructure belongings, the FUKA pipeline has the capability to hold 36 million cubic metres of fuel per day. From there, Victory fuel shall be delivered to the St Fergus Fuel Terminal in north-east Scotland, the place it’s processed to offer a protected and dependable supply of vitality to the UK financial system.
