TikTok’s U.S.. operations shall be housed in a brand new U.S. three way partnership named TikTok USDS Joint Enterprise LLC, in line with a memo despatched to staff by TikTok CEO Shou Zi Chew.
Chew mentioned within the memo, obtained by CNBC, that the corporate has “signed agreements” with the three managing buyers Oracle Company, Silver Lake, and Abu Dhabi-based MGX as a part of the brand new three way partnership.
