TIPRO backs Home passage of SPEED Act to overtake federal vitality allowing

The SPEED Act—formally titled the Standardizing Allowing and Expediting Financial Improvement Act—was launched in July by Home Pure Assets Committee Chairman Bruce Westerman (R-AR) and co-sponsored by Rep. Jared Golden (D-ME). The invoice proposes clearer definitions for federal actions below NEPA, agency timelines for environmental critiques and limits on authorized challenges after ultimate company selections.
