In an order, the Supreme Court docket mentioned that the administration’s utility for a longer-term keep of the order pending an attraction has been referred to the total court docket for consideration.

The court docket mentioned that the short-term keep issued on Friday by Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson on the order is prolonged till 11:59 p.m. ET Thursday.
